The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and Kambi Group have teamed up to offer the tribe its betting technology and services. The tribe's land-based and online businesses will be affected by the nationwide exclusive sportsbook deal.
The Choctaw Nation will combine its digital and e-commerce knowledge with Kambi's complete sportsbook system. This will allow people to bet on sports both online and in stores. Choctaw Casinos & sites has one casino, three casino sites, and one casino in places like Durant, Pocola, and Grant.
Once regulators give the go-ahead, online sports betting could spread to more states.
The Choctaw Nation is the only casino resort partner of the Texas Rangers sports team. They have also worked with other famous athletes in the past. This year, the operator also made a deal with White Hat Gaming to get the tech company's iGaming PAM platform solution. This gives them access to a custom cashier, Travelling Wallet, and several RGS connections.
Also, this is Kambi's third relationship of the year. Earlier this month, it teamed up with BetMakers and Kwiff through its subsidiary Tzeract. It also posted its Q1 numbers this month, which showed that sales fell 1.8% year-over-year.
Kristian Nylén, CEO and co-founder of Kambi, said, "This is a key partnership for Kambi with exciting long-term potential." Not only does Choctaw Nation have great, well-placed gaming and entertainment facilities in Oklahoma, but it also has a history of building successful digital businesses. This gives me full confidence that we can work together to give its players exciting sports betting experiences.
Sheila Grant, Senior Executive Officer of Commerce for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, said, "We are thrilled to have entered into a long-term agreement with Kambi."
They also talked to people from the Choctaw Nation for the March/April issue of Gaming America Magazine.

To have fun and be safe while gambling, it is important to gamble properly. Never risk more than you can afford to lose; instead, plan ahead and play within your means. To keep your head on straight and not chase your losses, take frequent breaks. Get a feel for the odds and remember that gambling is more of a pastime than a means to an end. Never gamble when under the influence of alcohol or stress, and be sure to keep track of your spending and time. Seek assistance from support groups or think about self-exclusion measures if gambling becomes harmful or stops being enjoyable.
